Serbia has been gripped by an unusually chilly climate entrance

A Serbian man is being hailed a miracle survivor after he spent two-and-a-half days caught down a nicely in temperatures nicely under freezing.

Jezdimir Milic left dwelling on Friday morning to purchase groceries forward of Orthodox Christmas the subsequent day, however failed to return dwelling.

He was discovered some 52 hours later, on Sunday afternoon, trapped down a nicely whereas temperatures reached -20C (-4F).

Mr Milic is being handled for hypothermia and abrasions in hospital.

A particularly chilly climate entrance has gripped a lot of Europe, with authorities declaring an emergency in components of Serbia.

He was found by neighbour Goran Markovic, who says Mr Milic’s poor sight in all probability explains how he didn’t see the five-metre-deep (16-foot) nicely and fell into it.

Mr Markovic mentioned he found Mr Milic when he observed a bag of groceries sitting by the nicely, in a wooded space near their village of Smoljinac.

“Attracted by the bizarre sight, I walked over to the bag by which there was a bottle of pink wine, a couple of bottles of beer and a few corn flour,” Mr Markovic informed information organisation RTS.
